- Q. What is Nestlé's response to scam emails?
A. There have been cases of emails sent to individuals or organizations falsely purporting to be from Nestlé or a partner organization of Nestlé. These are scam emails, and will sometimes ask you for information such as a password or user ID and even sums of money in return for more money or other benefits, such as winning a Nestlé competition or promotion in return.
These emails sometimes look quite convincing, with a Nestlé or Nestlé brand logo, or coming from an email address that looks as if it could be from Nestlé.
In any case, these emails are false and are not at all associated with Nestlé itself or any partner organizations; therefore we strongly suggest that you make sure of the authenticity of such mails (or any other communication) before sending any reply. Nestlé further strongly suggests that you do not send money or any other information; it is simply not Nestlé policy to ask for money or other information in return for winnings, prizes, job interviews or any sort of registration.
If you are worried about an email that you have received, please mail us at webmaster@nestle.com to help us to become aware of those incidents and take action against these people. You may also inform or ask your internet service provider for advice or help.
- Q. Can I still redeem last year’s tokens?
- A. Yes, these will be honoured if redeemed before the closing date on the token.
- Q. When can I send in my tokens?
- A. You can send in your tokens any time between 1 September 2011 and 31 March 2012.
- Q. How can I order books?
- A. After the closure of the scheme (31 March 2012), you will receive an order form with a statement confirming your total (taking bonus tokens into account). Fill in the form with your choice of books and select your preferred delivery date (mid June 2012 or mid September 2012). Return the order form by 18 May 2012.
- Q. Can I redeem the Box Tops for Books tokens for cash?

- Q. Where can I view the range of books available?
- A. Click here to view the books on offer - www.dk.com/boxtopsoffer.
- Q. Can I order both books and cash at the end of the scheme?
- A. No, you will have to decide if you want all your tokens converted into books or cash.
- Q. What if the total of my tokens does not equal an exact quantity of books (e.g. redeem 352 tokens – 10 books at 30 tokens each, 2 books at 25 tokens each, with 2 tokens remaining)
- A. The remaining tokens will automatically be carried over to the next year.
- Q. Why have I received a statement but no book or cheque?
- A. Your school will only receive the books or cheque after the final closing date of 31 March 2012.
- Q. How do I send in my tokens?
- A. Bundle your tokens into ‘tens’ and secure them with an elastic band or something similar. Then put them into a suitably sized envelope or box. Attach one of the sticky labels you’ll find in the back of the handbook, remembering to write on your school’s details. Don't forget to pay the postage!
- Q. How do I know if you received my tokens?
- A. If you’ve sent us tokens you will receive a statement, either in September, November or at the beginning of term in January. These will arrive with the latest mailing from Box Tops. You can now also track your tokens online.
- Q. Where do I send my tokens?
- A. If you use the sticky labels supplied, they are already pre-addressed. If you want to write
on your own envelope, send them to:
